Construction Contract Administrator
Now reviewing resumes for a Contract Administrator with experience in the construction industry.
Duties:
Obtaining/entering payroll and close out documents
•Serves as initial point of contact for phone and walk-in traffic
•Assists in preparing marketing materials for presentations
•Assists work procurement in advertising projects for bid
•Manages company license tags, titles and pike passes
•Assists in preparing for insurance audits
•Maintain bidding system

Requirements:
•2 years' experience working in a similar position 
•Valid driver's license is required
•Notary public preferred
•2 years' experience in bookkeeping and office management
•2 years' experience in accounts receivable and payable
•MUST have excellent organizational skills
•General accounting and knowledge of GAAP
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
•Proficient in business math
•Accounting software experience preferred
•Must be able to pass a national background check and drug screening

Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Pay to start around $14-$16/HR BOE
