We’ve been helping Tulsans find jobs since 1989. With 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, we are constantly looking for new and improved ways to help match employees with employers. We take pride in our ability to offer a variety of job opportunities across the light industrial field.


We place an emphasis on light industrial positions while still catering to the clerical/office positions.


We have a staff full of experienced employees in the staffing industry. We have a team of sales representatives, placement coordinators, and a payroll team that all work together to satisfy the needs of our employees and employers. Our president, Brian Cozad, and vice president, Brian Kelly, are available at any time should you have any questions or concerns.

JOB Advising

We work tirelessly to ensure that applicants are matched with the perfect position and employers are provided qualified candidates. We review resumes, match job skills and abilities with current job openings, and submit candidates to our employers. We work hard to bring in the qualified applicants that our employers need and work hand-in-hand to satisfy these goals.

Our Process

1. Meet You

After you have filled out your application, we will send you back for an in-person interview with one of our placement coordinators. He/she will go over your resume, your job requirements (minimum pay, available days, desired positions), and go over any current positions that match what you’re looking for.

2. Find a Job

Once your placement coordinator has found a job that matches your skills and abilities as well as your scheduling needs, he/she will have you fill out any additional paperwork necessary and work on submitting your resume to the employer for an interview.

3. Interview Prep

If the employer has decided to schedule an interview with you, your placement coordinator will reach out and schedule the interview based on the employer’s availability.

4. Final Steps

Attend the interview, and if the employer decides to hire you, you’ll receive a call from us letting you know your start date as well as scheduling a time for you to come to our office for a pre-employment drug screen. After the drug screen, you’ll start work on the assigned date! Time worked Monday-Sunday will be paid the following Friday.
